Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required. CCP, PHR or SPHR preferred. A minimum of 3 year of compensation experience required including experience in job evaluation, survey methodology and pay structure systems. Familiarity with laws and regulations associated with fair labor standards, veterans' preference and affirmative action. Should have strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written skills. Extensive experience with Excel formulas, formatting and general use is also required. Should be detailed-oriented, self-directed and adaptable to change. Project management skills are a must. Healthcare experience helpful.
